Tender Description
* Design and supply a custom access system enabling access to the 7 x 4 x 2m concrete dolphin providing access to the soffit and vertical sides of the Dolphins. The access system must reduce exposure to working over water and fit within the 10 pre-tensioned pilons which hold up the Dolphins
* Undertake a concrete assessment and chloride sampling of Dolphin 7 to inform repair boundaries
* Undertake concrete breakout, rebar repairs/replacement and reinstate concrete via guncrete E or similar.
* Install an impressed current cathodic protection system into the Dolphins to reduce the corrosion rates of the internal rebar;
* Remove the existing fenders on Dolphin 6 and 7 and install and commission new cone face mounted vessel fenders
* Using dive crews, undertake high pressure water jetty to install Denso Seashield pile wraps on four piles (2 per dolphin)
* Complete above water high pressure water Jetting to install Denso Seashield on piles above the water level
