Tender Description
The Shire of Ashburton (the Shire) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Company to complete various works within the Paraburdoo Community Hub Building (CHUB) and Karingal buildings located in Paraburdoo, WA. The buildings are currently tenanted and access to the relevant areas to complete the scope of works will need to be negotiated with the Shire representative and any affected tenants.
A site visit is mandatory to inspect the buildings to ascertain all conditions on, and surrounding the site and the full extent of work to be carried out. Site will be open for inspection at 11.00am on Monday 24 June 2019, Respondents will be required to sign a register with the full company name they intend to submit a quote.
The Shire will not be responsible for any costs associated with the Contractor not adequately inspecting the site and assessing the scope prior to submission of a quotation.
Submissions for this Request for Quotation will be received no later than 2.00pm (WST) 4 July 2019.
