⁠⁠⁠The Digital Services Branch is seeking a highly capable and experienced Contracts Officer / Project Support Officer support the team manage, assist and provide specialist advice on the Agency’s digital services contracts (hardware, software, hosting, contractors, consultancies and other related activities) and to provide other-related project support activities for projects within the Branch.

The supplier will provide an appropriately-skilled Contracts Officer / Project Support Officer with broad experience across ICT Contract management who will manage various contract activities across the Digital Services Branch.

The Contracts Officer / Project Support Officer is required to possess the following qualifications / experience:

Mandatory:
* Recent, relevant experience in contract/supplier management.
* Recent, relevant experience in contract documentation maintenance, information management and records management.
* Experience in financial and performance reporting.
* Experience in compliance and audit.
* The ability to:
* manage time and plan own workload against performance expectations.
* communicate confidently in a clear and concise manner.
* build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* demonstrate personal resilience.
* research and make sound decisions within established guidelines.

Desirable:
* Qualifications in procurement and/or contract management, such as a Certificate IV in Government (Procurement & Contracts).
* Experience and qualifications in project management, such as PRINCE2 project management.

The performance of the Contracts Officer / Project Support Officer will be measured against successful delivery of the contract activities and project-related outcomes as noted above.

The Contracts Officer / Project Support Officer is to have weekly performance meetings with the Director – Governance and/or the Procurement and Finance Manager and/or the Contracts Manager at a minimum, and populate Agency timesheets to track effort.

Candidates must provide the contact details of at least two referees who may be contacted to verify supplier responses to the RFQ.

This opportunity will be subject to the terms and conditions of the new Master Agreement that takes effect from 1 July 2019.
