Tender Description
Airservices has identified three (3) distinct frameworks/strategies which will sit under and contribute to its broader Commercial Framework, these being:
1. Commercialisation framework;
2. IP strategy and IP management framework; and
3. Innovation framework.
Airservices is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to develop each of these frameworks and the supporting tools and governance arrangements related to each.
Subject to the outcome which delivers the best value for money outcome, Airservices may select a single Contractor for delivery of the requirement in its entirety or appoint Contractors by individual work package. In this regard, Respondents to this RFQ do not need to submit an offer for each work package but may do so where it has the relevant expertise.
Should a Contractor be appointed to provide more than one (1) work package, it must have the capacity to undertake each work package concurrently. Airservices is seeking a July 2019 commencement for all work packages.
Suppliers are strongly encouraged to carefully review the Statement of Requirement to consider their suitability to provide the services required, including their ability to draw upon their experience delivering similar services for similar clients.
An industry briefing for this RFQ will be held via teleconference at 10:00AM local time in the ACT on 25 June 2019. Suppliers should further review the RFQ for details in respect of this briefing.
