This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Organise and conduct a range of user research and elicitation activity which including, workshops, interviews and observation.
Facilitate design thinking workshops to elicit business pain points, gaps and opportunities for improvement to enable delivery of our products and services to better meet the needs of users
Synthesise the findings from research and analysis to document user needs using a range of methods such as use cases, user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, process diagrams, customer journeys, personas and visual models.
Assist the design and development of products and services e.g. wireframes for interface design, user stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder maps, interaction maps, testing and support.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, testers and solution architects on solution design, development and testing as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum delivery team, participating in sprints and workshops as required.
