Tender Description
This tender is for Contract No. 2019-20/05 for the Design, Construction, Supply, Delivery and Installation of Prefabricated Buildings associated with the Boggabri Caravan Park Upgrade located in Laidlaw Street, Boggabri NSW .
The prefabricated buildings required for this contract include:
Accessible Ensuites x 2;
Shared Amenities Block for the Caravan Park (and Swimming Pool as an Option);
Laundry Block; and
Covered BBQ Area.
This is a Quality Assurance Contract with method of payment being by Lump Sum. The General Conditions of Contract shall be AS 4902-2000, as amended in Part E of that document. Special Conditions of Contract are also incorporated into Part 3 of the General Conditions of Contract.
The Contract is to be completed within eighteen (18) weeks of the acceptance of the tender.
