The Provision of Laundry Services for Staff Uniforms at Zoos Victoria

⁠⁠⁠Zoos Victoria is seeking the services of a suitably experienced and established commercial laundry firm for the provision of Laundry and associated services for all three Zoos Victoria sites (Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Open Range Zoo and Healesville Sanctuary).

The services include-
The scheduled pickup of uniform garments from each Zoo for professional cleaning and finishing
Tracking of uniforms in circulation (e.g. via laundry-initiated barcoding or RFID)
Timely cleaning, mending (as required) and return of clean uniforms to each Zoo
Regular tracking and formal reporting of service delivery.
