Scope of Work
The service provider is required for the following on site services:
* apply dust suppressant (bitumen based) to the heavy vehicle (HV) and light vehicle (LV) roads
* provide ongoing maintenance where the dust suppressant is applied for a period of 6 months
* when maintenance of the HV and LV roads is not required, perform other work on site, as requested, within the suppliers capability
The supplier is to be self-sufficient in regards to equipment, labour and maintenance of the equipment. A laydown area will be provided on site to set up temporary offices and a workshop for general maintenance and servicing. Major mechanical repairs will need to be performed offsite at the suppliers facilities.
LV road - 8.5km x 8m ( 68,000m2)
HV road - 5km x 32m (160,000m2)
