Tender Description
Parkes Shire Council (PSC) requests tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to assist with various aspects associated with the implementation of Phase 2 of the Parkes Recycled Water Scheme, including the Phase 2 DOI Water Section 60 application / approval process, the Phase 2 DOI Water / PSC RWMS development / implementation process, the Phase 2 EPA EPL Variation application / approval process, and an IWCM Strategy updates.
PSC's AS4122 for the engagement of Consultants shall be the form of agreement for this commission.
Prices are to be on a Lump Sum basis. All prices for services offered are to be fixed for the term of the Contract. Prices must include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
A non-mandatory briefing teleconference will be held on Wednesday 19th June 2019 commencing at 2.00pm AEST teleconference numbers and participants codes that must be used is obtained in the RFT Secion 4.24 Teleconference Details - Briefing.
