Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to undertake the reconstruction of the Montmorency Nth Oval, Montmorency and Olympic Park Oval, Heidelberg West. The extent of this Contract includes works necessary for the proper completion and testing shown or implied in the approved drawings / plans and specifications.
The works include, but are not limited to, the following for Montmorency Nth Oval :
* Drainage works.
* Irrigation works
* Root-zone mix installation.
* Turfgrass establishment and maintenance.
* Fencing
The works include, but are not limited to, the following for Olympic Park Oval:
* Drainage works.
* Irrigation works
* Root-zone mix installation.
* Turfgrass establishment and maintenance.
* Concrete Works
* Electrical Infrastructure
Where works are contiguous with existing works, the Contractor is responsible for making the proper junction between the two sections and for making good any damages caused to adjoining works.
Tenderers are advised that Council will accept submissions to both (combined) projects and/or individual (separate) projects. Council reserves the right to award both projects to one contractor or award individually to two contractors.
It is anticipated that the projects will commence in September 2019 and contractors are required to submit realistic programme in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 15.
