Tender Description
The quotation is for a consultancy commission to develop a detailed design for the redevelopment of Alec Lamberton Park in accordance with the Alec Lamberton Field Masterplan Community Consultation Report and Council's Open Space Strategy 2040.
As part of the works, the consultant will also be required to undertake a community consultation process aimed to provide community input into the developed design that is proposed. From the outcomes of the consultation with various groups, the consultant will then finalise the detailed design, including drawings and specification documents, for tender and subsequent construction purposes.
The works shall comprise of a community consultation process, review of the existing site, review of the Open Space Strategy and Alec Lamberton Field Masterplan Report, provision of a detailed site survey by a registered surveyor and the production of construction design drawings and specification documents for the development of the whole land area of Lot 7 DP 620655.
