Balranald Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced contractors to provide for the renovation and refurbishment of the Swimming Pool in accordance with the attached plans and specifications. The works will involve the supply of plant and equipment, materials and all the operations associated with the construction of the facility, subject to the Special Conditions of Contract set out in Section 2 of these documents. This includes provision of maintenance of the building and surrounding area of the Pool
The location of the work is Greenham Park Sporting Complex with the Swimming Pool located at 135 Church St, Balranald NSW 2715 Balranald.
