Tenders are invited for the construction of Victoria Park No. 1 Oval Clubhouse.
Tender enquiries should be directed to Council's Project Management Consultant, Mr Wayne Harris from Upright Management Pty Ltd on 0437 744 487 or via the online forum.
A mandatory site inspection / meeting has been arranged for this tender to be held on 1:00pm Tuesday 18 June 2019 on site, Darling Street Dubbo. Failure to attend the mandatory inspection/meeting may result in ineligibility to tender except in the case where non-attendance was due to an extreme emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
The canvassing of Councillors and/or Staff Members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process.
Tenders may also be lodged in a sealed envelope and clearly endorsed TENDER BOX: Construction of Victoria Park No.1 Oval Clubhouse (CONTRACT NO. T19-035) and placed in the Tender Box located at Council's Civic Administration Building, Church Street, Dubbo (PO Box 81 Dubbo, NSW 2830).
Tenders will be received up to 10:00am on Tuesday, 2 July 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
