Essential Energy will be seeking commercial proposals for the provision of Asset Condition Assessment and Asset Management Plan Development to deliver best practice asset management principles for all sites owned by the Company as listed in Attachment 1, or a site within the geographical boundaries of the Company.
This project will allow the Essential Energy to manage their assets in alignment with the ISO55000 suite and regulatory requirements using best-practice asset management processes, in a manner that is logical, consistent, and normalised across assets.
The purpose of this RFP is to allow the Company to assess Contractor responses and use the resultant assessments in future decision-making regarding supply of the Opportunity.
Whilst it is the intent of the Company to compare Contractor responses for further consideration, the Company makes no obligations or undertakings in any way to:
a) go to tender; or
b) accept any RFP information received from Contractors; or
c) include Contractors responding to this RFP in any future tender invitation; or
d) any other commitment to Contractors whatsoever, including any intention to form a contract with any Contractor for provision of the Opportunity.
WHSE Pre-Qualification
It is required that the successful tenderer will need to be pre qualified for Complex Contracting in Essential Energy's WHSE program before any contract can be awarded. Please note that this process can take several weeks (or longer) to finalise. Please refer to the Pre-qualification materials attached.
