Provision of MyWay Smartcard Reload Services

⁠⁠⁠Provision of MyWay Smartcard Reload Services across the Territory.

The Successful Tenderer will be required to provide an over the counter service for:
a) the sale and issue of MyWay Smartcards;
b) the load/reload of MyWay Smartcards using equipment supplied by the Territory;
c) the receipt of payments made by MyWay customers for the purchase of Smartcards, value loaded to Smartcards and other fees prescribed by MyWay; and
d) the provision of information and materials on the MyWay Ticketing system, Smartcards and ACTION bus services.
