Affordable Retrofits Phase 2: Energy Savvy Upgrades 4, City of Ballarat, Shires of Golden Plains (northern end), Hepburn, Moorabool and Pyrenees

The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) is responsible for delivering the Affordable Retrofits: Energy Savvy Upgrades program throughout Victoria. The program will run until 2021 and aims to upgrade 700 homes where householders have a low income or are under energy stress due to a vulnerability factor. As part of the program, DELWP is seeking responses to this RFT for the provision of services to undertake Energy Savvy Upgrades at the City of Ballarat, Shires of Golden Plains (northern end), Hepburn, Moorabool and Pyrenees.
