AGRN 858 Plantagenet Flood Recovery Minor Works

⁠⁠⁠Tenders for Minor Works within the Shire of Plantagenet Associated with DRFA-WA activated Event, AGRN 858 Heavy Rainfall and Associated Flooding – Shire of Plantagenet

The Shire of Plantagenet (Shire) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil contractors for the supply of civil works plant, equipment and labour to undertake flood restoration work associated with the DRFA-WA activated event, AGRN 858 Heavy Rainfall and Associated Flooding – Shire of Plantagenet.

Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specification are invited to apply. The contract will be in the form of a Principal administered Minor Works contract utilizing AS4902-2002 with work undertaken on a schedule of rates basis under the supervision and direction of the shire.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Facsimile or hard copy tenders will not be accepted. The Shire of Plantagenet does not intend to submit a tender.

Deadline for tender submissions is 2.00pm WST, Tuesday, 18 June 2019.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or employees will disqualify.
