In response to the rapid growth within the City of Melton, two new community facilities are in the process of being constructed within the new established suburbs of Aintree and Fraser Rise. The establishment of these community facilities will provide capacity for kindergarten, early childhood and community services.

The design and construction of these facilities allow for a range of community interests and needs to be met in a carefully considered and flexible facility. These facilities will be places that encourage social gathering and interaction, with spaces provided for people to meet together in both planned and incidental ways.

Melton City Council invites tenders from organisations with the requisite experience and capability to manage and operate the early years services aslisted below;
Fraser Rise Children’s and Community Centre, City Vista Court, Fraser Rise
* 4 year old sessional kindergarten
* Occasional Care Program

Timbertop Children’s and Community Centre, Fields Street, Aintree
* 4 year old sessional kindergarten
* Long Day Care Service
