Provision of Security Services for the Perth Cultural Centre

The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (the department) is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Respondent to provide Security Services for the Perth Cultural Centre precinct. The Perth Cultural Centre Precinct is located on traditional Noongar land and, therefore, the department intends to release an Expression of Interest (EOI) to seek responses from organisations that can meet one of the following criteria:

* are based in WA and registered on the Aboriginal Business Directory WA (ABDWA) or Supply Nation; or
* is a consortium by way of a joint venture, partnership or otherwise that is based in WA and has 50% Aboriginal ownership by a WA based business registered on the ABDWA or Supply Nation; or
* can demonstrate that it will form a consortium by way of a joint venture, partnership or otherwise that is based in WA and has 50% Aboriginal ownership by a WA based business registered on the ABDWA or Supply Nation, prior to award of Contract.
