Advanced Buildings requires trade quotes on the following based on the Scope of Works and drawings provided.
* Demolition quotation of the existing concrete slab as per scope of works. Provide a separate price for the removal of 2 x crossovers and 1 x separate price for hardstand.
* Steel quotation. Provide separate price for Roof Purlins/wall girts.
* Concrete quotation as per scope of works. Provide a separate price for the installation of 2 x crossovers and 1 x separate price for installation of hardstand.
* Plumbing (below ground and internally inc fixtures) and drainage as per scope of works.
* Hydrolic/Gas quotation as per scope of works.
* Roof plumbing quotation as per scope of works.
* Aluminium Windows/door/Glazing quotation as per scope of works.
* Commercial Colorbond roller doors as per scope of works.
* Carpentry quotation as per scope of works.
* Masonry quotation on brick/block work/lintels etc as per scope of works.
* Plaster quotation as per scope of works.
* Painting quotation as per scope of works.
* Electrical quotation as per scope of works.
* Mechanical quotation as per scope of works.
* Tiling quotation as per scope of works.
* Water proofing quotation as per scope of works.
* Joinery quotation as per scope of works.
* Installation quotation of Stramit Unigard as per scope of works.
