The Scope of Works is as follows:

Stage 1 _ Separable Portion 1 _ Refurbishment of Filter 3
1. Design submission (for all filter refurbishment design work)
2. Refurbishment of Filter 3 (installed 1980), including:
* Removal of filter media and launders,
* Removal of filter floor including cast-in filter nozzles and laterals,
* Sandblasting and repair of all internal filter surfaces,
* Disposal of all waste and removed materials off site,
* Epoxy coating of filter internal surfaces,
* Supply and installation of new laterals and filter nozzles,
* Supply and installation of new filter media,
* Reinstall and level launders.
3. Testing and commissioning
4. As-constructed drawings
5. Defects liability

Stage 2 _ Separable Portion 2 _ Refurbishment of Filter 4
1. Removal and replacement of filter media and filter nozzles in Filter 4 (installed 2006)
2. Testing and commissioning
3. As constructed drawings
4. Defects liability

Stage 3 _ Separable Portion 3 _ Refurbishment of Filters 1 & 2
1. Refurbishment of Filters 1 and 2 (installed 1980), including:
* Removal of filter media and launders,
* Removal of filter floor including cast-in filter nozzles and laterals,
* Sandblasting and repair of all internal filter surfaces,
* Disposal of all waste and removed materials off site,
* Epoxy coating of filter internal surfaces,
* Supply and installation of new laterals and filter nozzles,
* Supply and installation of new filter media,
* Reinstall and level launders

Optional / Provisional Item _ Separable Portion 4 _ Filter Flow Split Modifications
1. Design submission
2. Installation of 4 No. flow meters in filter outlets
3. Modification of filter outlet valves to allow modulation
4. Installation of level sensor in common filter inlet channel
5. Update programming to enable "Constant Level Flow Split" operation
