Tender Description
The Ashburton District Council is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified Demolition Contractor to provide full site clearance services for the proposed new Administration and Community Library building.
Council's key requirements are for the site clearance of all named buildings and structures including foundations. The work will include the removal of fuel tanks and associated lines, and asbestos removal with all services capped and made safe.
Council invites appropriately resourced and experienced Demolition Contractors that can demonstrate a successful track record in delivering services.
