Voyage delivery services for Tug Fleet Dry Docking

Scope of work
Rio Tinto is seeking expressions of interest for the international delivery of our Tug Fleet from the Pilbara to Singapore for dry dockings. The requirement includes 2 return voyages per year, with 3 voyages in the year in 2021

Service include:
* 6 Qualified and experienced Australian Marine Crew. Including 2 x Masters, 2 x Engineers and 2 x Crew
* Crew Travel and Expenses for travel to/from Destination Port by air
* Crew Endorsements
* Audit of current vessel communication equipment to meet requirements of an international/ domestic voyage (pending yard destination)
* Liaise and provide assistance with Rio Tinto Representative for pre-voyage surveys and necessary exemptions
* Recommended voyage speed, fuel consumption and duration
* Development of SOPEP plan for the voyage
* Superintendent attendance prior and at departure both locations
* Voyage Planning and 24/7 monitoring
* Global Satellite vessel tracking service
* Management of departure in accordance with ISM code
* Engagement of local agent for port disbursements for departure and arrival
* Port disbursements for any planned ports of call
* All agency fees for duration of port stay of 38 days
* All required charts and nautical publications
* Required food stores, cutlery, crockery and bedding
* 1 Mobile Inmarsat C and 1 Sat-phone
* Supply of 2 x BA sets plus 4 spare bottles
* MLC Compliant Medical chest
* Risk assessment for the specific voyage route and implementation of all controls to mitigate critical risks, including but not limited to extreme weather, mechanical breakdown, and armed piracy
* On charge of Imposed import / export exercises or duties

Rio Tinto to Supply:
* Hull and Machinery, P & I and War Risk insurance policies
* Expenses relating to Classification surveys and rectification works for voyage readiness
* Fuel Bunkers for both delivery and return voyages, tools, consumables and lubes
