Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assemble and factory test where practicable and packaging for transport and loading onto transport of 88 off Tertiary Grinding Wet Screening:
• duty: tertiary cyclone underflow (at a total design flow rate of 2660 m3/h
of Magnetite iron ore concentrate slurry, with a solids SG of 4.5 t/m3
(slurry) and a feed solids density of 35-43% w/w is pumped to the tertiary
grinding wet screens and fed into various distribution boxes;
• the wet screen over-size is recirculated back to the Tertiary Grinding Mills,
the wet screen under-size is pumped to the High-Grade Thickener feed
box;
• capable of continuous process operation with a 25-year design life;
• complete in every respect, including all compliant lifting points;
• complete with all accessories and ancillaries such as instruments, motors
and sensors;
• all motors, gearboxes, drive shafts, couplings and / or drive belts as
required;
• variable Speed Drive capable;
• all lubrication points as required;
• all fasteners for the equipment to allow complete assembly and holding
down;
• all maintenance tooling and protection devices.
Supply of VSD’s is provided by others. Australian Standards apply. The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2049 Tertiary Grinding Wet Screening is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
