Tender Description
Council is seeking a Contractor to undertake Stage 1 design and construction of a major upgrade at the Blackguard Gully site. This work needs to be undertaken by specialist contractor/s who can evidence experience on similar work in NSW for Local Government.
The proposed works will include:
* Provision of new parking facilities and measures to limit the capacity for vehicles to access the site;
* Establishment of a series of pathways throughout the precinct that allow visitors to explore the site without traversing archaeological sites and ruins; and
* Landscaping works include signage & interpretive artwork, hard landscaping, soft landscaping, furniture and lighting.
There will be a mandatory site inspection and briefing on Thursday, 23 May 2019.
