Tender Description
This Contract comprises of works to construct a new Market Space/Carpark at Kuirau Park in Rotorua. The Contract Works includes but is not limited to the following:
· Earthworks
· Tree Removal Works
· Storm Water Drainage Works
· Waste Water Works
· Concrete and Kerbing
· Footpath Works
· Electrical Duct Installation
· Pavement Construction
· AC Surfacing
· Line Marking
· Landscaping
The Contractor is responsible for all works detailed on the design drawings and maintenance of the site for six months upon the issue of Practical Completion Certificate.
Tenderers are advised that the Principal reserves the right to vary the scale of the works to fit within the constraints of the available funding for this project. There shall be no claim for a variation, as a result of any change to the scale of the works.
The tender period is only two weeks as it is Council's expectation that work will commence on this project before the end of June 2019.
