Tender Description
Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide lift maintenance services.
The Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance work including the following types of maintenance for the duration of the Contract:
(1) Preventative Maintenance
(2) Statutory Maintenance
(3) Corrective Maintenance
(4) Fully Comprehensive Maintenance
(5) Emergency Maintenance
(6) Registered Plant Inspections
(7) Update of Manuals and Drawings
