Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the provision of Consultancy Services for Electronic Bill and Data Management Platform Services and Energy Market Expertise and Advice.
Hunter Water currently has an electronic bill management system provided by a third party, to assist with its electricity bill management and tracking, monitoring of electricity usage and cost as well as greenhouse gas emissions.
The solution HWC is looking for consists of two parts:
1. Provision of electricity bill management services including consolidation of billing data into a database or other system and verification and validation of usage, fees and charges to ensure supplier invoices are correct; and
2. Provision of a database or other software package to store electricity billing and associated data to enable Hunter Water to monitor, analyse and report on electricity use and cost across the organisation.
