Tender Description
G8 is seeking proposals from interested and suitably qualified and experienced HVAC maintenance companies to provide the following scheduled and unscheduled services:
Inspect and carry out routine preventative maintenance on each item of equipment listed and in accordance with the frequency specified, in the accompanying schedule (Appendix A)
After each inspection, provide a condition report on each item of equipment, detailing any non-routine repairs or maintenance required and the Contractor’s price (detailing separately the cost of labour and materials) to carry out that non-routine repairs or maintenance
