This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The CER Knowledge and Strategy Section is seeking to engage a service provider to review CER systems with a view to improving the efficiency of the available technology. The review will focus on analysing the existing systems and recommending business process improvements, focusing on change management, business needs and technology. The CER is operating an intranet based on SharePoint with centralised publishing by Communication Section.
The EDRMS is also a SharePoint system. The records management rules are currently applied manually. The Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system uses a SharePoint repository (CRMDocs) to store documents. A large number of documents still reside on shared drives. When searching for documents, the user must search each system separately. The proposed project will analyse the agency's business requirements and processes, aiming for adoption of better content management, security and search functionalities.
