Provision of Exterior Building Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking Tenders from suitable contractors to provide external building wash services to maintain an acceptable appearance of Council facilities, which reduces the cost of long-term repair and repainting costs. Cleaning services on each site would be carried out on an annual/biennial, or when required, basis. In some instances the exterior wash would include external window cleaning and/or the cleaning of footpaths, fences, signs and any other external structures within the vicinity of the building.
