Iron Bridge Magnetite Project - Concrete Thickeners

⁠⁠⁠At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, surface preparation and treatment, factory testing, disassembly, packaging for transport and loading onto transport, of 3 Concrete Thickeners, at 65m, for the process plant, which will include:
* Duty: tailings thickening at a 4,294 t/h feed rate of 7.6% solids to achieve a tailings density of 62% solids before depositing into the Tailings Storage Facility;
* thickener tank and all supporting structures, including rake, overflow launders and box, deflector cone and all ancillaries;
* all flocculant manifolds and spargers to allow the addition and adjustment of flocculant dosing rates;
* all instrumentation and instrument interfaces for local and remote interfacing, including all wiring, cabling, junction boxes and marshalling panels, as required;
* rake drive(s), lifting and rake brake devices, gearboxes, motors, all shafts and required couplings;
* wear protection where required on all the equipment;
* rake drive hydraulic, lubrication and cooling systems – skid mounted or integral; and
* all fasteners for the equipment to allow complete assembly.

Australian Standards apply to this package.

The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2018 is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
