London Terrace Stormwater Improvements Stage 2

⁠⁠⁠Description of the works
The works includes the following activities:
· Decommissioning of the DN600mm pipe including:
· Constructing a reinforced concrete plug at the outlet of the pipe.
· Flow filling the pipe from 2 locations by pumping a low strength, high fly ash content concrete mix into a geofabric "sock".
· Remove and plug the inlet pipe at the top of the stream bed section.
· Remove the existing reno mattress and replace with the following stream bed erosion system:
· A 4m wide concrete revetment mattress.
· Rock baffles placed in concrete.
· Construct a fish passage system to allow movement of local fish species, which includes:
· Plastic low flow baffles bolted to the concrete section immediately downstream of the pipe outlet.
· Rock and concrete resting pool weirs spaced at 5m intervals along the new stream bed.
· Reinstatement of site and re-sealing of the access driveway.
