Asset Inventory Data Collection

⁠⁠⁠The Council of the City of Ryde is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced respondents to conduct inventory data collection for specified attributes of asset data and provide visual condition assessment of the following asset categories within the whole Ryde LGA.

The assets which are required to be assessed include:
Primary Items
* Traffic Facilities (Roundabouts, speed humps, pedestrian crossings etc.)
* Medians
* Signs (Wayfinding and Traffic)
* Guardrails
* Footpaths and Cycleways (Roadside and Parks)
* Retaining Walls
* Kerb Ramps
* Street Bins
* Kerb and Gutter
* Stormwater Pits (Lintels and Grates)
* Stairs/Steps
* Handrails
* Bus stops (Totem and boarding area)
* Bollards
* Other lighting Assets (Parks/bollards/in ground/ decorative)
* Ancillary Street Furniture

Provisional Items
* Parks (Sports Grounds, Passive Parks, Playgrounds and Fitness Equipment)
* Carparks
* Seawalls
* Wharves and Jetties

The key objective is to identify each of the above items owned or maintained by the City of Ryde and compile comprehensive asset management data which can be collated into a single system for both operational asset management and strategic asset management.
