This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department requires the services of an IT Service Desk Onsite Support Officer to provide technical support to staff.
You will be working with the AGD IT Service Desk team.
* Provide IT Service Desk and Onsite support services for the 1st and limited 2nd level support.
* Provide extended support for software, hardware and devices to VIP and staff with special needs.
* Install/configure desktop hardware, software and other devices.
* Liaise with clients and others regarding technical support issues, problem resolution and assistance, through to resolution.
* Problem rectification and fault reporting including logging, escalation and coordination with team members.
* Utilise and contribute to support material for the operation of the section.
* Undertake other tasks as required or directed.
