Tender Description
The City of Hobart (the Council) requires, from time to time, the provision of a range of carpentry and associated services in order to maintain / manage Council's assets.
The Services that may be procured under this Contract, include but are not limited to the following:
1. Carpentry and joinery.
2. Minor glazing.
3. Minor tiling.
4. Minor furniture removal.
5. Minor office alterations.
6. Minor demolition.
7. Lock smithing.
8. Labouring.
9. Other Services as required by Council's Contract Manager and/or Maintenance Officer(s).
Note: It is a mandatory requirement that contractors must have the ability to provide carpentry and joinery services. All other services listed above are optional only.
