Tender Description
The Department has a requirement to fulfill various roles in the Business Support and Operations Area of Expertise. These roles will meet existing and emerging needs within the Department's Information Technology Branch, both now and within the 2019/20 Financial Year (and beyond).
The successful contractor resources will work closely with the Department's Client Services Section and Transformation Projects Section within the Information Technology Branch.
The Department has a requirement to fulfill various roles in the Business Support and Operations Area of Expertise, including:
* IT Service Desk Leads;
* IT Service Desk Technicians;
* VIP Support Specialists;
* Desktop Support Leads;
* Desktop Support Officers;
* Desktop Support Regional/Remote Support Officers (Sydney-based);
* Desktop Support Regional/Remote Support Officers (Hobart-based); and
* Desktop Support Regional/Remote Support Officers (Darwin-based).
These roles will meet existing and emerging needs within the Department's Information Technology Branch, both now and within the 2019/20 Financial Year (and beyond).
