Court Services Victoria, The Magistrates’ Court of Victoria (MCV) is undertaking a number of initiatives in line with the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Family Violence (RCFV). These initiatives will enhance the safety of those who have experienced family violence and increase the accountability of those perpetrators who use violence towards family members. One element of this approach is the implementation of a single best practice Counselling Order Program model within the Specialist Family Violence Court (SFVC) Divisions, which will be located at Heidelberg, Ballarat, Frankston, Moorabbin and Shepparton Magistrates’ Courts.

CSV are seeking suitably qualified Services Providers to deliver Courts Mandated Counselling Order Program to the above court locations.
