Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly and factory testing, disassembly and packaging for transport and loading onto transport, of 2 Gyratory Crushers, including the following:
* duty: design feed rate of 5,555 dt/h per Crusher;
* F100: 830mm F80: 310; P80: 142;
* Crushing Work Index (CWI) design: 21 kWh/t;
* complete with Spiders, main shaft, wear caps, mantle liners, concave liners and all other wear parts as required;
* motor, main drive shafts, all couplings, spacers, seals and including any safety devices;
* all fasteners and hold down bolts for main shell, spider, caps, motor, main shaft and main drive shaft assembly, hydraulic and lubrication systems.
* all crusher main shaft lifting and / or maintenance devices, including two (2) spare main shafts;
* all hydraulic and lubrication packages – skid mounted;
* crusher electronic monitoring and control system, including software and hardware; and
* spares.
Australian Standards apply. The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this 66NSP2054 Gyratory Crushers package is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
