Western Bay of Plenty District Council (Western Bay) wishes to procure an electronic timesheet system to replace existing paper-based attendance records. The system must have the ability to record time blocks associated with the individuals organisational and/or departmental activities, and must be robust, secure and auditable. We prefer an off the shelf system that is tried and tested in a comparable organisations in New Zealand. Western Bay does not wish to consider software that cannot manage two-way integration for both inputs and outputs.
