This is the Request for Proposal for Watercare's Enterprise Model Construction Delivery Partners.
Two successful participants, once appointed as Enterprise Model Construction Delivery Partners, will deliver the majority of the high value projects ($2 million to ~$150 million) in Watercare's capital programme. To do so, they will be integrated in Watercare's Programme First team, where they will collaboratively deliver value at a programme level, for the next 10 years.
