AECOM Government Services Alice Springs invites suitably qualified and experienced builder/construction organisations to respond to RFT. 

1/ Property one ; substantial interior renovations to a residence in Alice Springs.
2/ Property two; 2 x bathroom renovations, replace carpets and internal blinds to a second residence in Alice Springs. 

Properties are not packaged and are invited separately. 

A mandatory site walk is scheduled for 14-5-19 0830 am with venue to be advised on Registration of Interest to vestatenders@jdfgp.net 

RFT documents will be available on Registration of Interest. 

It is a condition of tender to attend mandatory Site walk. 

Provision will be made for further Form & Fit measurement inspections during Tender period of 2 weeks from date of site walk. 

Bids Close COB, 28-5-19 with award mid June with estimated completion schedule of 8 weeks for property one.
