Tender Description
The work to be performed under this RFT comprises the lifecycle renewal of fan coil units and desiccant dehumidifiers at the Nitrate Film Store. The works include all associated work items to facilitate the lifecycle renewals.
The objectives of the project include the following:
a) To replace life expired elements including fan coil units and desiccant dehumidifiers.
b) To improve the plant layout and service access, which are currently sub-standard.
c) To improve the performance and efficiency of HVAC services as part of the works.
d) To undertake the upgrade with minimum impact on the operation of the facility.
