Tender Description
The Project and works under this Contract include (but not limited to) the following aspects:
Upgrade and extension of Bay 13 building and all associated works;
Site preparation and establishment;
Removal of existing floor coverings and make good for new flooring ;
New Cricket/Tennis store room extension;
New Veranda extension;
Removal of existing roof sheets install new sisalation replace existing roof sheets
New metal studs with plaster board linings;
New plaster board ceilings ;
New insulation walls and Ceilings;
Vinyl floors throughout;
New electrical upgrade wiring, lights, GPO, switchboard, etc.
New Split system Air-conditioning
New Toilets, showers, Basins ,HWS, etc.
Grade shower floors to floor wastes
Sewer connection to existing external , Internal sewer to be realigned .
New All Abilities Toilet
New Laminex Kitchen to bench height only ( No overheads )
External Brick coloured render
Internal walls, doors and external trims, Eaves etc. painted
Obtaining relevant asset details from utilities and Council;
Supply and installation of all materials per the specifications of the engineered components (it is expected that all components proposed for the building works has specifications and that these come with engineered certifications and warranties to Australian Standards;
Completion of commissioning plans, testing, commissioning documentation and inspection certification;
Reinstatement of affected areas to Federation Councils satisfaction and to the satisfaction of the surrounding landowners. Signed off consent forms must be obtained by the contractor from all affected landowners and relevant public authorities. Prior to issue of the certificate of Practical completion by the Principal.
