Request for Proposals - The Provision of Information, Assessment and Referral Services

⁠⁠⁠Healthy North Coast Ltd, trading as North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN), is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide an Information, Assessment and Referral Service for individuals and referrers who are seeking to access appropriate Mental Health and Alcohol and other Drug (AOD) services within the NCPHN region.

The RFP deadline is 6:00 p.m. on Friday 24 May 2019.

Submissions must be fully received by this time and participants should allow themselves ample time to upload proposals to ensure successful lodgement by this time. NCPHN is not bound to accept all or any part of an RFP and reserves the right to conduct the RFP process and select the successful participant as it sees fit.
