Temporary Labour Hire Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified Service Providers for the provision of temporary labour hire services including outdoor trade / day labour staff and indoor professional administrative staff for a period of 2 years with the option of 3 x 12 month extension options available. 

From time to time Council requires temporary labour hire workers to fill short term vacancies, or assist with projects across various Council sites and departments. Therefore, Council is seeking to establish panels of preferred Service Provider(s) for the following:
* Panel A Outdoor Workforce
* Panel B Indoor Workforce

Tender documents may be obtained by registering on the e-tendering portal at a cost of $94.25

A hard copy of the documents may be obtained at Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point at a cost of $236.60.

Tender enquiries should be directed to , the Project Officer via the online forum. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box, by facsimile transmission to (02) 4958 7257, or in a sealed envelope. The envelope is to be endorsed with the Tender number, title, and closing date and can be mailed or placed in the Tender Box located in Councils Administration Building, Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point by the nominated time and date.

Tender close at 2.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST or Australian Eastern Daylight Time AEDT, whichever is applicable in NSW at the time of tender close) on Tuesday, 28 May 2019 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. 

Late submissions are not accepted.
