⁠⁠⁠Hunter Water is looking for an established, experienced and innovative Fleet Management Service provider that will present Hunter Water with options that are strategic, effective, and innovative in the management of Hunter Waters fleet, and to deliver efficiencies and innovation in the following areas:

• Procurement, supply, fit out & delivery of new vehicles.
• Project Management of the design and fit out of vehicles to industry standard.
• Management of Hunter Water owned mobile plant, backhoes, excavators, forklifts, trailers.
• Disposal of leased vehicles maximising disposal values

Required Outcomes

With the adoption of a Fleet Management Organisation solution Hunter Water requires the service to reduce risk and to deliver savings and innovation from the following outcomes:

1.  A consistent and readily accessible Fleet Management Service for Hunter Water that supports the efficient management of fleet and mobile plant vehicles, including comprehensive reporting capabilities.
2.  Overall reduction in current cost per vehicle
3.  Fleet management resulting in better utilisation of vehicles across the fleet.
4.  Ability to reduce the changeover costs and time as part of the vehicle replacement process.
