Iron Bridge Magnetite Project - Regrind Mills

⁠⁠⁠At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly and factory testing, disassembly, packaging for transport and loading onto transport, of Regrind Mills, including the following:

1) Secondary Milling – 8 off Regrind Mills
* Duty: design feed rate of 3,433 m3/h of upstream cyclone underflow product to the milling plant
* Mill Feed F80: 85-105 micron
* Mill Product P80: 35 micron
* Circuit configuration: open circuit

2) Tertiary Milling – 2 off Regrind Mills
* Duty: design feed rate of 933 m3/h of upstream screen oversize product to the milling plant
* Mill Feed F80: 66 micron
* Mill Product P80: 26-30 micron
* Circuit configuration: open circuit

All Regrind Mills to be:
* complete with frame, main shaft, housing, screw flight and gearbox mechanisms;
* mill feed and media dosing and product collection hoppers;
* all electric motors, including main and auxiliary system motors;
* wear protection where required on all the equipment;
* all valves and control instrumentation;
* hydraulic, lubrication and cooling systems – skid mounted or integral;
* all fasteners for the equipment to allow complete assembly;
* all maintenance tooling and protection devices; and
* complete electronic monitoring and control system, including software and hardware.

Australian Standards apply to this package.

The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2006 Regrind Mills is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements
