Expressions of Interest - Warburton Senior Citizen's Hall and Sydney Halbish Hall

⁠⁠⁠Yarra Ranges Council is presenting an exciting opportunity for community groups seeking a home in the Upper Yarra region, and is calling for expressions of interest to occupy and manage one of two halls in a five-year lease agreement.

The two buildings open for expressions of interest in the Upper Yarra area are:
* Warburton Senior Citizen's Hall - 25A Dammans Road, Warburton
* Sydney Halbish Hall - 22 Old Dalry Road, Don Valley

Expressions of interest are being sought by community groups, who will occupy and manage the buildings with a leasing period of five years.

Open for Inspections for both halls will be held on Saturday, 4 May at 10am for the Senior Citizen's Hall, 12pm noon for the Sydney Halbish Hall.

Submissions close at 05:00PM on Friday, 31 May 2019
