Expressions of Interest - Montrose former MCH Building

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking EOI submissions from interested community organisations to enter into a Lease agreement to occupy the currently vacant Montrose MCH building located at 4 Leith Road, Montrose, 3765. 

Through this EOI, the Council aims to:
* Understand each interested organisation’s primary activities, their role in the community, and their contribution towards community needs and wellbeing.
* Understand the way in which the organisation intends to use the facility, and how its occupation and management of the facility would benefit its delivery of services to the local and wider Yarra Ranges community.
* Be informed of the organisation’s organisational and operating structures, and its commitment to OHS, risk management and safety systems.
* Be informed as to the organisation’s ability to pay the specified rental fee and outgoings, as specified in the Draft Lease Agreement (Part 2 – Draft Lease Agreement).

The winning submitter will be offered a five (5) year lease to occupy/manage the premises, in line with the conditions of the Draft Lease Agreement
